Yes, all MCHOSE hardware products come with a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened but in like-new condition with all original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order status?
